As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our products (cosmeceuticals) to potential customers, retailers, dermatologists, beauty clinics and centers, spas, while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, excellent English language skills, well-presented and customer-service oriented.
Ultimately, you will help achieve our sales quotas while promoting our beauty products to clients.
Responsibilities
• Conduct product demonstrations to dermatologists, potential customers, retailers, beauty clinics and centers, spas, beauty salons etc.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• After each visit, a report will be sent with the feedback, suggestions and further actions needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Greet customers upon their arrival in the pharmacy and invite them to our stand for a product presentation.
• Cross-sell cosmeceuticals.
• Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences.
• Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves.
• Explain to customers how to use products they’re interested in buying.
• Advise customers on how to take care of their skin.
• Inform customers of prices and special offers.
• Update stocks as needed.
Requirements and skills
• Previous experience as a Sale Representative or similar role
• A valid UAE driving license.
• Customer service experience in retail stores is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of skin care products
• Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on the spot (e.g. how to apply face creams)
• Understanding which products suit different skin types.
• Excellent communication skills
• Additional education in Cosmetology or the relevant field is a plus.
• Well-presented and professional appearance.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
