We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outdoor Sales Agent (Field Sales) to join our team. As a Field Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers in outdoor settings. The ideal candidate should be outgoing, results-driven, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Conduct door-to-door sales activities, engage with potential customers, and create a positive first impression.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term partnerships.
Sales and Target Achievement:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer acquisition.
Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads to expand the customer base.
Utilize persuasive and consultative selling techniques to close deals.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and stay updated on industry trends.
Educate customers about product features and benefits to ensure informed purchasing decisions.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with the indoor sales team, marketing, and other relevant departments to align strategies and achieve overall company objectives.
Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
High level of energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in outdoor sales or a related field is preferred.
