The Senior Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to our biggest clients clients, overseeing and delegating work to junior lawyers, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements and conducting legal research and analysis. The Senior Lawyer will also be responsible for representing clients in court and in front of government agencies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti law and legal system, including a JD degree from an accredited university
- Experience in corporate and commercial law and M&A, with a focus on company formation, foreign investment, joint ventures, tax matters, intellectual & industrial property, and patents
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Fluent in Arabic and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Authorized to practice law in Kuwait
- 10-15 years of experience
