Senior QA/QC Mechanical Engineer (Oil and Gas Industry)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance
Quality Control Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical engineering, fabrication, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and Oil and Gas Projects, with a minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience. This position requires expertise in quality control procedures, CSWIP 3.2, ASNT NDT Level II Certification and Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-15+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on fabrication and EPC Oil and Gas projects.
-Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures in the oil and gas sector.
-CSWIP 3.2, ASNT NDT Level II and Lead Auditor Certification is mandatory.
-In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
-Proven experience in conducting inspections, audits, and implementing corrective actions related to Mechanical systems and equipment.
-Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
