FlyPie is hunting for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role focuses on attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent, aligning with FlyPie’s growth objectives and innovative culture. The ideal candidate will be adept at full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offering and onboarding, with a keen eye for identifying individuals who have the right skills and fit our unique company culture.
Requirements:
Proven Experience: At least 5 years in talent acquisition, with a track record of successfully filling various roles.
Strategic Sourcing: Ability to utilize various platforms for sourcing candidates, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Assessment Skills: Competency in assessing candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit through behavioural-based interviewing techniques.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing expectations and building relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with trends and best recruitment and talent acquisition practices.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with candidates and internal teams.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
