Roles & Responsibilities:
•Multi-Platform Social Media Management:
oStrategically manage and coordinate content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
oDevelop and maintain a cohesive content strategy that aligns with our brand’s vision, particularly in the lifestyle genre.
•Content Strategy and Development:
oConceptualize and execute strategic content plans that effectively build and maintain distinct personas and account identities (and) to attract and retain a large follower base.
oCreate a content matrix that interlinks various accounts, ensuring a synergistic and unified brand presence across platforms.
•Audience Engagement and Growth:
oImplement tactics to significantly increase follower engagement and account growth, turning passive viewers into active community members.
oRegularly analyze audience data to refine content strategies, ensuring alignment with evolving market trends and preferences.
•Creative Production:
oCollaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content, including videos, graphics, and written posts.
oEnsure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
•Analytics and Optimization:
oMonitor and report on the performance of social media activities, using insights to drive continuous improvement and growth.
oAdapt strategies based on analytical findings to maximize audience engagement and account growth.
Must-Have Qualifications:
•Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, and innovative content creation.
•Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
•Strong graphic design skills, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator).
