We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager and Trading Specialist. This dual role involves overseeing the daily operations of our store, managing inventory and sales, as well as handling the trading aspects of our business, including sourcing and procurement of auto spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
- Handle the procurement and trading of auto spare parts, including negotiations with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure the availability of a wide range of parts.
- Train and supervise store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Automobile Spare Parts Sales Executive or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automobile spare parts, their functions, and compatibility.
- Proficient in inventory management and sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with customer-focused with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in retail or trading.
