Filipino Sales Representative (URGENT)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Filipino Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in meeting sales quotas, closing contracts with clients, and managing the recruitment and placement of housemaids. This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and has experience with manpower or government agencies such as Tadbeer, Amer, or Tasheel.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Management:
Meet or exceed sales quotas by securing contracts with new and existing clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions related to housemaid services.
Contract Negotiation and Closing:
Prepare and present contracts to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
Ensure all contractual agreements are met and documented accurately.
Housemaid Recruitment and Placement:
Coordinate with the company to arrange the placement of housemaids based on client requirements.
Manage the entire process from contract signing to the placement of housemaids.
Independent Work:
Operate with minimal supervision and demonstrate a proactive approach to sales and client management.
Utilize effective sales techniques and strategies to achieve targets.
Agency Experience (Preferred but not required):
Experience working with manpower or government agencies such as Tadbeer, Amer, or Tasheel is a plus.
Compensation:
Salary is at AED3000aed plus commission.
Company Visa and all benefits base on UAE law.
