Testing and Commissioning Engineer
Education: Bachelor in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation
Basic Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Fire Alarm System Testing.
Skills: Proficient in computer networking.
Software: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drafting.
Regulations: Complete understanding of NFPA-72 and other relevant codes regarding testing and commissioning.
Certification: Registered member of the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Expertise: Good knowledge of SIEMENS fire alarm systems and willingness to travel throughout Saudi Arabia.
License: Valid driving license is a must.
Language: Strong communication skills in English, as all configuration software is in English.
Flexibility: Ability to stay on the job-site continuously, as required.
Job Tasks:
Configuration: Configure the supplied Fire Alarm System on-site.
Testing: Perform testing of the configured system according to NFPA standards and contractor requirements.
Travel: Willingness to travel to different locations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for work; this role does not primarily involve office-based work.
